The three coarse fishing lakes at Butters Wood are stocked with mirror, common and crutian carp, chub, perch, roach, and tench.

Well appointed twin bedroom with ensuite WC .

Heating, electricity, and fishing are all included in the price.

The breakfast room overlooks the lake.

Situated adjacent to the Cottage, this superb, new single storey conversion (completed in March 2008) is therefore ideally suited to people with slight mobility difficulties. There are 2 bedrooms, making it ideal for family holidays, although regrettably we cannot allow children under 14 years of age.

	The open plan lounge/dining kitchen has feature brick walls and timber beams and is furnished in traditional style with colour television/video, and patio doors overlooking the lake.
The well equipped kitchen has a full sized electric oven, microwave, and fridge. Heating, electricity, and fishing are all included in the price.
	The beautifully appointed master bedroom furnished in traditional style.
	The new fully equipped shower room with white WC and vanity basin.
The well appointed twin bedroom completes the accomodation.

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are also included. The owners take a particular pride in the cleanliness of the accommodation, which is thoroughly cleaned ready to welcome each new occupier. The cottage is situated only ten yards from the first lake and has it's own reserved double peg. Everything is provided, ideal for that relaxing break, just bring your own food!

Goxhill is within an hour of York, the Lincolnshire Wolds, Yorkshire Dales, and the resorts of Bridlington and Scarborough. Lincoln, Cleethorpes and Hull (with it's extensive shopping facilities, galleries, and theatre) are all about half an hour's drive away.

There are award winning restaurants within easy reach, and plenty of local pubs offering excellent bar meals.

The Cottage and Bungalow are available to let all year round.

Rental prices vary by season from £300 to £350 per week. Booking well in advance is advisable, although cancellations may be available, it's always worth a call!!
